BEING THAT THE STUDIO IS LICENSED UNDER "BODY ART ESTABLISHMENT" NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 IS ALLOWED.
A valid ID is required at the time of your service. If you do not a physical valid ID we cannot proceed with the appointment. A rescheduling fee will apply.
A NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book your appointment, this deposit ensures you are serious about your appointment. You may RESCHEDULE your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. If it is after the 48 hours, we charge a $75 rescheduling fee.
All cancellations forfeit their deposit.If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment and the $75 rescheduling fee will apply.
Deposits are paid via PayPal/Credit Card.We prefer the remaining balance be paid in Cash or Venmo but we do accept all major credit cards.
Your balance is due the day of your appointment. Healed results will vary with each individual client.
NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (at a minimum charge) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently.
PREVIOUS TATTOO WORK - PLEASE ADVISE: If you have previously tattooed eyebrows we do require you email us before booking an appointment. If you book a cover up appointment without approval by your artist we cannot guarantee your appointment and you may forfeit your deposit. Not all previously tattooed brows are fixable.
